This weekend features a lot of sports events.

This weekend has Mercury squaring Pluto and

opposing Uranus. There are going to be some

upsets. NASCAR at Chicagoland should be

action packed. Lotza sports going on with

some shocking results this weekend.

Seahawks trounced San Francisco 29-3, in a game full of penalties, turnovers, interceptions... And an hour lightning delay! And it was coach Pete Carol's 62nd. birthday! Quite a present!

I think I've mentioned many times that Mercury has a lot to do with
the weather. This weekend Mercury in conflict with Uranus and Pluto.
During the celestial influence starting with the Denver Bronco game
Thursday that was delayed an hour by lightning and a NFL Sunday
that had 2 more games with delays due to lightning, an hour or more
at Tampa Bay with the game against the Saints. Then of all places,
Seattle Seahawks fans have to find cover for more than an hour.
This was not a day to being an "attending fan" to any major sporting
event around the Chicago area. The PGA final round got rained-out
and will be played Monday. All those fans that came for that event
is going to be making some arrangements to stay another day.
The Chicago White Sox game against Cleveland was delayed by
"4-hours" by rain. Now how fun can that be if you bought a ticket
for that game and was there and had to find something to do for
4-hours in the rain. While I dont care so much about the White Sox/
Indians baseball game, I was very interested in the NASCAR race
at Chicagolands speedway in Joliet. The race was delayed more than
an hour to start. They raced like hell for over a 100 laps and it started
raining. Not enough laps completed to be a race. So all those at
Chicagolands Speedway had to find something else to do for
"5-hours and 10 minutes". I think I would have said "fuck-it",
I'm going homeward...catch it on TV. You could have been 250 miles
from home and made it in time for the race to resume on TV.
Have to say the race at Chicagolands was fast and furious.

Some strange happenings at Richmond (Snippy home state)
in the NASCAR race there. I dont care if they have 104 racers
in the "Chase". The Cream has been determinded. Jimmie, Matt,
Kyle, maybe Kurt.
