Not on TV was the WOO $50K to win at Williams Grove. This is a huge race every year and a hefty payday. It's always the PA Posse vs the WOO and the PA Posse gets it done again. Fred Rahmer is a racer I read alot about in my racing newspapers from National Speed Sport News and Area Auto Racing News which I subscribed to and would recieve the previous weekends racing results next Wednesday-Thursday. "Fast Freddie Rahmer" made his name in all forms of "East-Coast Modifieds" racing which is a very competitive racing every night. Freddy got real interested in sprintcars the last 10+ years and and has a shitload of sprintcar wins to add to his modified wins. Freddy Rahmer is another Steve Kinser in talent and almost as many wins. "Fast Freddie Rahmer" dint get his nickname for nothing.
The battle for the lead position during the World of Outlaw Sprint sanctioned 51st Williams Grove Nationals was between PA Posses Fred Rahmer (20s) and Steve Buckwalter (17B) with Fred Rahmer going on to captures his crown victory of his career after 28 tries winning Williams Grove's Nationals as he received a standing ovation in victory lane. Rahmer who now owns 90 feature victories at Williams Grove Speedway will be retiring from the sport of auto racing as this win highlight a storybook ending to a fantastic 35 year racing career with over 400 feature wins............

My mom sent me an email saying my nephew on a work
assignment in the KC area was going to the Sprint Cup
NASCAR race Sunday at Kansas Speedway. As far as
a great race it wasnt. Set new record for caution flags.
Nothing more exciting than a NASCAR 2-wide restart
and what happens after that. That got a lot of chances.
Cant wait to discuss with my nephew his "experience"
at a big "NASCAR race". Attending a big NASCAR race
like at Daytona or Talledega or Charlotte is on my
"bucket-list". This may be more a "kick-the bucket"
list to make it to any of these big races today. I had
my chances when I loved to travel but seem to plan
my vacations around major sprint car races than
NASCAR. Good thing the TV coverage in HD of the
NASCAR races is like you were driving one of the cars.
I would like to experience to "noise" of 43 cars at
8000-10,000rpm for 3+ hours in the stands. Sure
everybody in attendance gets their monies worth.
