It's pretty obvious now who's running really good.
Kevin Harvick has done some very amazing driving,
Matt Kenseth looks to be a man on a mission as
he's always there in the end, the 48 car and Jimmie
Johnson is right there, Kyle Bush wants to win this thing.
Kurt Bush wants to win this thing. Talledega is going
to have "lots of drama" this weekend.."for sure".

I cant tell you what a rush it is to watch a NASCAR Sprintcup
race at Talledega...on HDTV. The coverage is like you are
there. Those "whiz-by cams" stationed around the track that
capture a huge pack of racers doing 200mph past a single
camera. 200mph is hard to comprehend in a society that
70mph is top freeway speed. 70mph is the speed of the
caution-laps around Talledega. I watched this whole race
on TV and it seemed so surreal in so many ways. You got
to have a lot of skills and balls and a great racecar to be
in a "flotilla of racecars" doing 200mph 3-4 wide for 10
laps at a time. I watched the laps countdown and my eye
was on the 48 car and how he was in such a bad place
if anything happened for a good 10 laps or more. The
end of the race defied the "the big-one finish" prediction
by everybody. Thank MIR for its "positive-side" in this
case. Rare no "Big-one" happened at Talladega this race.
MIR works in mysterious ways. I was pretty sure when
the 14 car got airborne that a big one was underway
but it turned-out to be a 2-car accident. Racing is
very sensitive to MIR and the next 3 races will be
under its influence.
