NASCAR at Talledega this weekend

Just about every racer knows what ususally

happens at this track. Hope for the best

and hope you got enough points to finish

last without a big drop. Some love to race

Talledega like Micheal Waltrip. Hope it aint

a death wish just racing Daytona and Talledega

every year "just to keep in touch" with driving.

That aside, there is some "celestial weather"

on the horizon for "Talledega" this weekend.

Exact on Saturday is the Mars oppose Neptune

which already got a head-start and that

blends-in with the MIR-Shadow period

with MIR exact on Monday. We always

got the Uranus square Pluto going on

to "add" to what ever happens. I have

to lean toward the worst wrecks you

may see in one race. Hope I'm wrong.

It's pretty obvious now who's running really good.
Kevin Harvick has done some very amazing driving,
Matt Kenseth looks to be a man on a mission as
he's always there in the end, the 48 car and Jimmie
Johnson is right there, Kyle Bush wants to win this thing.
Kurt Bush wants to win this thing. Talledega is going
to have "lots of drama" this weekend.."for sure".

Watched the Camping World Trucks at Talladega for 94 laps.
The "Big-One" happened on the last lap and was total mayhem.

http://motorsportstalk.nbcsports.com/2013/10/19/big-one-strikes-on-last-lap-for-nascar-trucks-at-talladega/

Also had the interest to watch the Indy Car 500 mile race at Fontana

and it also had a "attriction problem". All kinds of wrecks and at the

end there were 9 cars running out of a starting field of 25 cars.

5 cars on the lead lap. Cant find a re-cap of the race but it was

a strange one.

This strangeness continues Sunday at Talladega and the

Sprint Cup field of 43 set by best practice times on Friday's

practice sessions because rain washed out qualifications.

Another MIR influence is delays do to weather...raining

out time-trials. This is such a must see race. The NASCAR

Trucks race really has "set the tone" for the Sprint Cup

racers to "top" in a finish that may take 6-hours to

sort-out. I'm very interested in what happens at

Talladega this race. I would be very surprised if any

of the 43 drivers know anything about astrology.

Like in Baseball, NASCAR drivers seem to depend

on Gawds help to guide them during the race.

It's a different system entirely that guides/

protects you through a 500 mile race at 200mph.

There are some "souls" in this group of 43 that

still love competition. This is the biggest stage.

I cant tell you what a rush it is to watch a NASCAR Sprintcup
race at Talledega...on HDTV. The coverage is like you are
there. Those "whiz-by cams" stationed around the track that
capture a huge pack of racers doing 200mph past a single
camera. 200mph is hard to comprehend in a society that
70mph is top freeway speed. 70mph is the speed of the
caution-laps around Talledega. I watched this whole race
on TV and it seemed so surreal in so many ways. You got
to have a lot of skills and balls and a great racecar to be
in a "flotilla of racecars" doing 200mph 3-4 wide for 10
laps at a time. I watched the laps countdown and my eye
was on the 48 car and how he was in such a bad place
if anything happened for a good 10 laps or more. The
end of the race defied the "the big-one finish" prediction
by everybody. Thank MIR for its "positive-side" in this
case. Rare no "Big-one" happened at Talladega this race.
MIR works in mysterious ways. I was pretty sure when
the 14 car got airborne that a big one was underway
but it turned-out to be a 2-car accident. Racing is
very sensitive to MIR and the next 3 races will be
under its influence.
