Don't know about maps, but Wednesday we were driving south from chicago on I-55 and we followed a main RR for hours. 

We saw nothing.  No oil trains, no nothing.  Saw one small Amtrak unit but it was parked in the hole.

Norfolk Southern thru Lexington, KY sends a train by every half hour or less.   aww
