Googled Cal. draught.  There is rain or snow everywhere.  Snow measured in feet on high elevations.

They are years behind. The groundwater drop in the Central Valley is stunning. One visit and you 'get it'. Fly into Vegas and look at Lake Mead. It's amazing.

Imagine my surprise when I learned, via Mr. Krink, what the largest city in VA is.  I thought for sure the capital would be higher than fourth.
