The engineer and conductor are both scabs, not on our seniority roster, and the fuzz are not use. They are more concerned with the poor dead guy who hit the train at 140 k mph. As far as Transport Canada, they dont give a shit, for the most part all RR's in Canada are self regulating, even after the Lac Magnetic disaster and the findings of the TSB. The TSB in their findings basicly called out TC for their lack of regulation or enforcement.
