The MLB all-stars vs Japan Samurai series just completed

Well I get the MLB channel so I watched this series

between MLB All-Stars and the Japanese All-Star

team "Samurai". The Japanese team is loaded with

talented hitters and pitchers and took the over-all

series win. The MLB team had some ligit all-stars

with Robinson Cano, Altuve, and others. Too bad

Iwakuma from the M's had rough go against the

Japanese team during his one start. I'm very used

to seeing Japanese players in the MLB well since

Ichiro signed with the M's.  This Japan Samurai group

was like 9-Ichiro's in the line-up and an endless parade

of pitchers with the nastiest breaking balls ever thrown.

There is one Japanese pitcher that was throwing close

to 100mph and he is likely MLB bound soon. The Japan

team is loaded with MLB potential career players.

Interesting were the sounds from the stands from

the 3-4 Japanese ballparks visited. No music you ever

heard before. Mostly Japanese "traditional" music with

people clapping  along and yelling. I know ballplayers

say they can focus on the job at hand no matter what

the noise but I think this Japanese music blaring over the

PA system may have gotten to them. Robinson Cano

only casuality as he comes home with a broken little toe

as a result of being hit by a pitch. Even though the MLB

all-stars lost this series, it was great to see the best

Japanese players and there is some supreme talent

within this group. OK now baseball season is over.
