Spice Up Your Memory: Just One Gram of Turmeric a Day Could Boost Memory

I got a spice bottle of Tumeric in my spice cabinet. Got used

a lot when Mrs Krink was around as I was cooking up

some Indian dishes on a rather frequent basis. I miss her

and all this advanced cooking I self-taught myself to do.

So years later I aint making Indian dishes for anybody and so

the Tumeric maybe getting some age on it. So if you are

interested in consuming Tumeric without adding it to

your dish or being a cook of any kind...you hit the escape

route..MUSTARD! Yes Mustard..the condiment with 0 calories

and can leave a stain on your shirt that takes some work

to get out. Find foods you love to dip in mustard and you

will be thin in no time. Interesting this article says nothing

about Mustard being probly the "source" of Tumeric for

most Americans.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Also...my memory's not as sharp as it used to be .

But we had a curry chicken vegetable dish last night in the local family operated Cantonese place . I remember that. I think maybe for sure we're probably onto something here. TW5k thanks Mr. Krink for this useful post !
