First of the mostly bad EMDs, ISHO. Worse than SD50s. Not as bad as any iteration of SD70.

Well if there are only 6 left I be takin pictures of them..but
I have a different role in railroad history than you guys.
I take the pictures that last forever and you old retired
trainmen comment on them and try to piece together
the past to the best of your ability.

Hey aren't "EMD SD60 Nos. 6564-6700, 75 Units Active" all long hood forward?  In this pic you can see the conductor seats on the right side. 

"6702-6716, 15 units" are the old Conrail ones which are noticeably nicer on the inside.

 They are being rebuilt into those miserable 6900--> wide body cold ThunderCabs®. They've done a bunck of them.

I figured those were the ones they bought from UP and the lease companies. I've still never been on one in the lead, but everyone says they are loud.
