There was a BOT on the West End who was a hard working soul and did his work, regardless, no bitching, made tons of $$$, but when they cut the crews and had an increasingly corps of barely competent, rotating roster of BOT's, he caught every shit run there was, they manipulated all sorts of calls to get him on it. Only I suspect his pension is very good today but he sure earned it.
