 So out of curiosity, are unions in the USA aligned with a particular political party ? Here in Canada, it is assumed that union members are aligned with the NDP  (http://www.ndp.ca/ ), both federally and provincially .  I myself have voted for the Pot party on both levels the past 2 elections as they are the only ones telling the truth
