Seahawks have 2 realy tough games on the road to open

the 2015 season. Game 1 at St Louis Rams. Seahawks cant

seem to play good there over the last few years but they

played much better this day.  Game goes to OT and St Louis

wins the toss and Seattle kicks-off to start OT. Seattle having

the greatest defence in the NFL you would think that the kicker

would kick one over the end-zone and the Rams see what they can

do at the 20-yard line. Still puzzling over the "on-side" kick attempt

to start OT. This decision to do this gave the game to St Louis.

Tough loss. So game 2 is at Green Bay next Sunday.

MIR very apparent effecting the Seahawks early in this game
with penalties but go into halftime down 13-3. Russell Wilson
gets the Hawks going with 2-TD tosses in the 3rd quarter and
the Hawks take a 17-16 lead going into the 4th . Green Bay
takes 24-17 lead in the 4th and now the Seahawks are on a
good drive to tie-up this game and Russell throws a screen-pass
to number 91 of the Green Bay Packers which turns out to be
"ball-game" as the Packers milked the clock down to nothing.
Aaron Rogers had a great game for Green Bay as you would expect
in front of 80,000 fans. Kinda had figure the Seahawks may lose
this game here and they did. Rough having your first 2-games
to start a season on the road aginst teams that might beat you.
Seahawks should get win one against the Chicago Bears at
Century Link Field and the "Twelves" making a lot of noise.

Kam Chancellor ends his hold-out and back for Sundays game
at Seattle against the Bears. This is a huge member of the
"Legion of Boom" to have back. Think Seattle will be up for
this game...first home game of the 2015 season after 2 on
the road. The "12's" are ready to roar.

He probably couldn't afford to get dinged $30K per day for his holdout. Doesn't want to play out his contract.

Actually Kam has a pretty good multi-year multi-million
dollar contract with the Seahawks. The fines....who knows
if he pays anything. One thing for sure is the money for
the first 2 games is "lost" which is about a million dollars.
Kam has a soul and knows he needs to get back on the
field and "shore-up" the Seahawks defence. Think he will
be welcomed back..."Kam the Krusher".

According to the NFL, Kam's holdout cost him $30K per day from the opening of training camp until the day he returns, which is acceptable since he is still under contract and is required to play even though he thinks he's not making enough. One thing I've noticed about the Seahawks is, they will not deal with contracts that have multiple years left on them, hence the Russel Wilson deal. They scored HUGE on his contract by paying him shit, and in return he gave them a Super Bowl and nearly a second one had it not been for bonehead Darrel Bevell for calling a pass play when Marshawn Lynch could of had that thing finished.

In the NFL it's money, money, money. Careers are short. Pay me now!

The Seahawks spent all off-season awarding big contracts
to players and Kam Chancellor was very worthy of a "raise"
to his contract that is a very good one for him already.
Kam is making 5-6 million a year so he not being shortchanged
here. Kam is back and any further negotiations take place
after the end of this season. The Seahawks "D" won a bunch of
games last season and now that "we are all together" now
the Hawks start winning games with their "Great D" along
with Russell Wilson.

The "more later" on the Seahawks first win of 2015 at home
against the Bears 26-0. Sluggish first half for both teams as
Seattle up 6-0 at the half. Seattle has 2 new weapons this
year...Tyler Lockett and Thomas Rawls. Seahawks pre-season
Tyler Lockett returned kick-offs for TD and punts for TD's and
caught passes for TD's as this a fast man who finds the "hole"
and he is in the endzone in seconds. Tyler Lockett did exactly
that with a 105 yard kickoff return for TD to start the 2nd half.
Then Thomas Rawls rookie running back who also showed me
some things during pre-season had a great day against the Bears
going over 100 yards. Marshawn Lynch came up injured after
his handful of plays and not effective at all. Thomas Rawls
carried the ball the rest of the way with some really great runs.
Ended up with 16 carries for 104 yards. Listened to a radio
interview with Thomas Rawls and this man is going to do great
things for the Hawks running game. Kam Chancellor welcomed
back to Century Link Field with a roar of approval. Pete
Carrol said Kam was calling the shots on the Hawks defensive
alignments all game and it ends up a shutout. Jimmy Graham
gets incorporated in the Hawks offense and has a big day with
a TD. The Hawks needed a "Gronkowski" like reciever and they
have one now. Russell Wilson had very good day and Seahawk
fans exit after a win. Next into Seattle are the Detroit Lions.
Think the Seahawks may be 2-2 after this game.

My thinking was correct that the Seahwaks would be 2-2 after
Detroit left town but last few minutes of this game had you on
the edge of your seat. FF to those last few minutes...Russell
Wilson getting sacked fumbles the ball for a Detroit recovery
and runback for a TD to make it 13-10. Then on the next Seahawks
drive Russel fumbles again and Lions now have time on their side
and are in the Seahawks red-zone. The "play of the year" to date
happened as the Detroit reciever caught the ball just short of the
goal line and Kam Chancellor "punched it" out of his arms and
bounced into the end zone where a Seahawk player just "hepped"
it out of the endzone which in the eyes of the official watching
dint seem flagrant in any way. Well way after the game was over
much talk about this play as if were to be reviewed. Lucky for
the Seahawks this is not a reviewable play. Some say its the "13th"
man in effect. Next for the Seahawks is an early game at unbeaten
Cinncinnati Bengals. Marshawn could be good to go for this game.

Obviously neither the Seahawks nor the Lions are on my radar for teams however NFL officials need to be held accountable for blown calls that potentially cost a team the game. Fine them like they do a player for violating NFL rules. That was clearly a Detroit win last night but no sense crying over spilled milk...

It wasnt a clear win by Detroit as if a penalty flag was thrown
on the play "correctly"...Detroit still has to punch it in from the
1-yard line..where there is no guarantee they could do so. You can
jot this down in your memory banks as football plays during MIR.
Seems this North end zone now has a history of very memorable
calls with the Golden Tate reception against Green Bay and the
Tony Romo fumble and a couple others including this game.
Thankfully next Sundays games dont have MIR but something
maybe worse..Venus square Saturn and Sun oppose Uranus.
Seems some "more" to add to the injured list. Hope the Hawks
can manage this celestial energy and come home in one piece
and still healthy.

Yeah, Snippy remembers the WORST FUCKING PLAY CALL IN THE HISTORY OF FOOTBALL less than a year ago.

The PNW probably does, tu.
