Two additives for your stew, whatever type ya cook up, meat, meatless, whatever... I like beef, lamb, or pork!
But the lamb... Whoa Nelly! Two things ta try, adding to taste as ya cook; Garam Masala (powder-very aromatic), and Zante currants. They're just exotic 'extras' that work well with meats, especially lamb!
Don't ask for a recipe, follow your heart, or gut! If ya don't know how ta make stew, pull up a recipe on the internets.
The internets will have thousands of recipes, if ya need instructions, which is like... You know, sex... If ya don't know by now... Quit!

Yes. Stew is a good all in one meal dish, especially in the cold months. I discovered at a multicultural pot luck social gathering I happen to like masala goat. A food court I visit when travelling loads me up pretty damn good, usually. The owner told me with a laugh one time that he doesn't usually see too many guys that look like me ordering masala goat.
