He's all in for Florida:

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) A New Port Richey, Florida man left little doubt behind that he was a Florida man its written all over his face.

According to police, 22-year-old Matthew Leatham was arrested early Sunday morning after he called 911 to find a ride home, according to a court complaint which notes Leatham cursed at the call taker during the call.

The arresting officer said he offered to call Leatham a taxi, but Leatham said he didnt have money and began walking home.

Leatham then called 911 a second time to ask for a ride, the complaint states, and the officer arrested him.

A mugshot obtained by sister station WFLA shows Leathams black facial tattoo of the Sunshine State.

Leatham was charged with misuse of the 911 system as well as possession of marijuana.

He was released on $300 bond.

Rumor has it that he lit up after he got in:

CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. A hummer in Citrus County caught fire on Wednesday morning right after the driver filled up four five-gallon gasoline containers.

According to fire rescue officials, the vehicle caught fire around 10:52 a.m. right after the driver filled up the four gas containers at the Texaco Food Mart on W. Grover Cleveland Blvd.

 Calvin sez:

Any spark,  I'd guess static electricity, would set off the easily atomized

gasoline  vapors.  Sticking the keys in the ignition, moving power windows up or down,

answering/making phone call, wearing courderoy jeans..............

BOOM!!!

Never put a gas container in the passenger area of a car. Dont fill container while its

still inside the vehicle.

A "Snippy" life hint.

Never store gasoline containers more than X inches off of the floor of a safe storage area. You know, safe storage area, not in a garage that has a gas water heater, a furnace, etc.

X=0 (zero)

If you are able to score a $500 LAMCO Approved safety gas can, maybe you can store it on a gas water heater.
