 No tangled lines to my knowledge, I will upload a video later of the kite flying as it was awesome! I have never seen team kite flying before, it was pretty impressive.

I am going to say in the bluntest of terms and with no intent to get into a discussion about social issues but  Portland is a mess, I thought East Vancouver Canada was bad but Portland is just a city that has been overrun and is out of control. Lines of tents in the downtown core, human excrement on the sidewalks and the "zombies" wandering everywhere. Combine this with the effects from the BLM riots or marches if you will and its a mess. Even in the suburbs the homelessness is out of control and the effects it has on other aspects of the city. I could'nt understand why a public transit train was full of people but had empty city seats? The doors open up and you face a wall of vapor of the scent of vomit and urine, get inside and see people would rather stand than sit as there is piss and vomit on the seats?? (we were told the trains are cleaned every 4 hrs to combat this?)
