Gluten phree clam chowder... Yeah. A few years back, I posted a little blurb after visiting mntman's place on the coast. Hadda drive US 101 along the way through a little tourist trap called Depoe Bay. I swore if I only had a camera I'd snap a pic of that ridiculous sign. What the fuck is gluten anyway, and how'dya make clam chowder if ya don't have gluter in one form or another without some kinda flour, which almost always contains gluten?
