Just saw this tidbit on TO about grain trains to Churchhill MB after several years of shutdown. The Russians are going crazy building ports in their northern

most places to take advantage of climate change and the Arctic Ocean is going to be navigable more of the year. Churchill in a good location for more than

just grain trains. I should read the article. But with every new "plan" there is that you could be working for a the new railroad or not. TW5K for sure knows

everything about this.
