IT would be a wash.....a payroll tax cut would net you just enough to pay for those tarriffs on the chinese crap we buy.......better to settle a trade agreement, but I think that will be sooner rather than later.

No matter what the 'trade agreement' is, it will be timed to manipulate the markets. The latest stupid tax cut talk is the same thing. It works, which makes me trust markets less.
