Yellow-Roadway from a merger of bankrupts several years ago.

Along with UPS, some of the last IBT represented large national properties.

Yep. Gorgled it. Lotsa history goin' way back when the original Yellow was taxi cabs, then mules for freight hauls, and oil field hauling in Oklahoma. Then Yellow began hauling freight in trucks. The merger of Y and Roadway never really worked out account of tu much competition, and lower rates caused by Staggers act, etc.

Now it's all YRC and 2LARRCO against everybody else! More winning!
