Its railroad life if you have a long career hoping you can manage to keep working after the next round of layoffs that will come...and they will come.

CN has some turbulence ahead with layoffs.... Major layoffs at CN

and then CN (Canada) conductors ready to strike in days.  CN Conductors serve strike notice

MIR assures slow start to negotiations.
