Maybe I'll give its a second try. I actually added korean chili paste and it gave it a nice little kick.

Stick with the little jars of paste. Back when I was cooking fulltime you could find these "tubs" of curry paste
in whatever color of curry you wanted. Mrs Krink loved the green curry paste in a couple dishes I made.
This shit is so hot that a tsp is enough to add. A tub can last years in the fridge or until the throw out date.
Or maybe you liked green curry but now like red curry. Lots of deciding to do on "paste purchases".

Ramen has become the "nightmare noodles" because so much crap in the ingredients. Those $1 packs of with addition
of chemicals is not good eats. Many other noodles to choose from. I use the Chinese Egg Noodles for homemade chicken
noodle soup.

I use a bonito soup base (Shimaya) and then add miso paste to it.  Then of course use straight noodles.

I've also gotten pretty good at making egg drop soup.  I made it so any times I realized you have to add the corn starch after the eggs, this is the only video that does it.

Since the topic was peanut butter. This sauce rocks!

* Our store was out of Sriracha. Thai sweet Chile sauce was a good substitute.

What are you dipping in this peanut sauce? Every Vietnamese or Thai restaurant that has summer has some kind of peanut sauce, but it is mostly Hoisin mixed with peanut butter.

It's good for fries, onion rings, and as a vegetable dip. I use on hamburgers. Anything you use with dip I guess.. it has a good twang to it.

I got a peanut sauce recipe from Australia that I make that is very yummy. Share recipe next time.
I will also remember my favorite Thai dish with fresh spinach and cooked chicken and cashews
covered with peanut sauce. Rice never tasted better than soaked in peanut sauce.

Last time I was on the west coast of Mexico near PV, locals would pit chopped up seeded cucumber into their guac. It was fantastic and I still do that at home today.
