Its been a rough go on Tehachapi so far in 2020 with several derailments. The latest is at Cliffs CA where from drone it looks like
a huge boulder/rock came down this gully and knocked the 4th unit on its side causing a "stringline of 10 TOFC" too. Thats
what it looks like to me. I couldn't identify any huge boulders/rocks way down below mixed in with scenery that just "arrived".
I will be curious if this isn't what happened. The TO group just wild guessing right now.
