Fed up with the "Democrats attacking the 2nd Amendment" bullshit. I take them through the procedure to change the amendments or get a new one, then show them how the second coming of Christ will happen before that amendment will change. I still get, but they are attacking my rights!!! Stupid people, I am getting tired of stupid people who get wrapped up in shit that isn't going to happen.

As an outsider looking in, I see the 2nd amendment issue at election time or frankly any other time as a deflection point. Want to deflect other questions like, not having PROPER universal health care.... oh look they are gonna take away your guns!!! Or you don't like a policy or proposed program? That's a socialist idea.... scares everyone
It boggles my mind that the US does not have universal health care

Deflection, it's the main weapon in Drumpf's quiver, because he really hasn't anything else. Yeah, and what Phreddie said, people are poorly informed, one wonders if they even teach civics or what we called P O D (Problems of Democracy) anymore or if anyone is paying even the least bit of attention.
One wonders what even goes on inside of schools anymore. I had a friend who had a son who got into trouble in school and the punishment was, a parent would follow him from class to class for a day, I guess some school administrator thought that was creative punishment. So, my friend did and he told me he couldn't believe what went on in classes. He told the principal that he saw stuff going on all day that was as bad or worse than whatever it was his son had done.
