Major derailments are major messes to clean up. BNSF had a major derailment in NM same day and no obvious celestial help.

Maybe it was one of those "Super Nova days" where dark energy from space can/does cause havoc. Those are not marked on your

astro wall calendar.  Need a "Divine Astrology" calendar to know the dates.
