I just read in the BLET journal about claims being settled after 20 years.  I can't understand why they are proud of that.  Geez

I remember working with a guy who got a claim settled in 1972 from 1947. Seemed unbelievable to me at the time and it wasn't a lot of money because it was paid at 1947 rates.
