All they really had to do was hammer the poke hole back into place and weld up the torn spots...I reckon the headlight was beat up but I reckon the way all that stuff was built they probably beat on that for a while it went back straight.

So I hear they did make a "coupon" of iron the same shape of the piece that shattered and brazed it into the hole....pretty good fix I'll say...and the headlight didn't survive...the mount did...but...hey WHO actually has old Baldwin headlights laying around to use? Apparently they did.
