BNSF southern transcon right near CA/AZ state line with a derailment of a manifest train damaging both main tracks.

Reroutes of Amtrak and BNSF traffic happening. Not much news available currently in the dark of night of a Wednesday.

More details come daylight.

Still looking for details of this derailment that must be pretty bad to stop rail traffic for over 2-days.
Since I'm a lurker on TO I cant read page 2 of this story which it must have been mentioned.
A lot of freight came to a standstill.
