I dunno....Chefs are another breed...and if it comes to getting on utube....they ain't going to make the grilled cheese you and I know how to make....why bother? Nothing new there. They got to show they got ideas....and on the whole their ideas don't seem so tasty, but...maybe once in a while you can take one new ingredient and make use of it. Ramsay is a Brit...they would not know our grilled cheeses so well...but that might not have been the point. I can tell you even if I like kimchi it ain't going on my grilled cheese. Here in the real world there is nothing but cheese and butter and heat!
