Whoa...8.2 miles. On foot, and glucose 123! Yipee! Doing much better, but a bit more walking than expected after a slight detour en route on the return side. Won't do that again for a few days!

One more thing, clear skies. Nary a cloud, or chemtrail around the area!

What are you seeing on your hike? Do you have a destination? Need snowshoes or skis for the winter? Sounds like it keeps your sugar down..

Just around a few neighborhoods, out past a lake, into a park where the lake is, couple laps around the lake, back through the burbs...and home. Pretty much level, and mostly paved. One area is a gravelly trail along the South Santiam River.
