Oh he's pissed off...having a bad day. His mom told him to clean up the messy room he lives in, he got a D in history. His boss chewed his ass for being late four times at the 7-11 where he works part time...so he tries ta kill a few people downtown just because he feels like that would make HIM feel better!

Radio report did not mention details about the driver. That he's 61 IS a big surprise!
