Got ya beat Widerstand... Not only do I NOT watch the news, but I do watch the commercials only, for my entertainment! Newspapers? Nope.
Read the comics, and do the NYTimes daily crossword puzzle ta learn new words, and info.
Set your TiVo ta catch ONLY commercials. You'll be glad ya did! [And your spirit shall soar!]
I had an old tv up until about 5 days ago when it started to smell really hot and spark, so instead of letting it start a fire and tossed in a dumpster... Better safe then sorry and 20 years is a good life for a tv.
