...out this way we've got strings of boxes, flats, wells, and variuos and sundry lumber racks strung out for six, seven...eight miles!

DENNIS TOWNSHIP Two miles of rail cars left on the tracks in Cape May County [NJ] are unemployed, not hazardous.

Residents in Dennis and Middle townships became concerned when the tankers were left on the rarely used tracks recently.

CSX Transportation says the cars are being stored because there's no demand for them in a weak economy.

Spokesman Robert Sullivan says the cars normally carry coils of steel to manufacturing plants.
