Okay heres the first lesson, the railroad hates you.
Okay heres the second lesson newhires are cheap (no buy offs needed)
Okay heres the third lesson, when they started furloughing me I had around 250 below me, when they got done after 6 years I had 50. (they transfered or quit} We had one class that never returned, they were furloughed for 2 years.

So over all the railroad knows and counts on it
