It just dawned on me that until tonight I've have never made popcorn.
I'm not a huge popcorn fan, I don't buy it at the movie theatre, or the
ballgame or the races. Usually whom ever I'm with has taken the
initiative to make some and yeah I'll always eat some. For some reason
popcorn sounded good to me tonight. Just followed the instructions
on the bag and it came out perfect. Doesn't sound like an accomplishment
but it is.

Even more chemicals can be had by doing an Orville Redenbacker Movie Theatre Butter with Pour-Over butter pak.
Pop yer corn then pour buttery flavor mixture over the top..

Krink...you surprise me. I thought you'd read the package first..

Or, did you pop the Natures Own totally organic maize?

Enquireing minds wanna know...LOL!

Snippy read those labels! He highly recommends the Presto PowerPop microwave popper with its voodoo concentrator cups. Then, you pop organic health food store white popcorn in just a touch of oil.

Mrs Krink was the popcorn maker of the family. I'm discovering many
of her pantry purchases almost a year later. Stumbled across an unopened
bag of "Trails End" popcorn best used by Aug 25 2008. It was stuffed
in a tin can. Has to still be good. The instructions on the bag for the pot,
pan, skillet method, was to measure a 1/4 cup of cooking oil into a pot,
add a single kernel of corn cover and heat at medium high setting. When
the kernel pops, add just enough corn to cover the bottom of the pot
one kernel deep. Cover and shake gently. When popping slows, remove
from heat. I used about a half cube of real butter melted and sprinkled
kosher salt lightly on the works. Yeild 2 gallon ziplocks of perfect popcorn.
Recomend a 6-8 quart sized pot and about 3/4 cup of kernels. Give it
a try some day.
