Maybe the Trolls would be interested in 'cleaning' out the place. The township could save on that part, and the demolition? Just burn it down where it is.
Safer. Cheaper. And local fire dept's. could use a bit of practice by keeping the house controlled, and not allowing it to spread, harming other structures nearby.
Money saved is money well spent. Death is inevitable.
