Doesn't sound like a bad deal with general wage increase AND the bonus plan. Last time there wasn't any GWI's. Everything else pretty much stays the same. Thoughts?

I've been reading some threads on it. A few don't like it mainly because they never liked the SSA to begin with. The money sounds alright, I too like the combination of the GWI and opportunity for a bonus, plus they got rid of the differential between old and new engineers. Snap back opportunity in 2014 if it doesn't turn out right.

SO I GUESS DENNIS PIERCE HAD A HAND IN THIS NEGOTATION OR NOT? HE IS VP FOR YOUR PROPERTY? ANY SIGNING BONUS, WHEN HE WAS OUR GC WE GOT THE SNAP BACK OPTION ALSO SURE SOUNDS LIKE HIM.

Yes, Pierce had a hand in it. No mention of a signing bonus. Heard talk that perhaps no signing bonus because the contract is on time?
