The incompetence of managers can be quite impressive. Rest assured however, that there are train crews out there so incredibly pitiful, that they can make even the worst managers appear to be geniuses!
BTW, my moral (at the UP) is high because they pay my uneducated self far more money than many people with a masters can enjoy. :)....
