I wonder, should we worry about BD?

OTOH, this may be the thing to help his attitude, a little friendly nursing from Ann-Margaret, since we think BD is out of the hospital, she could do some home nursing.

She's 75, BD.

Keith's still here:

Anita Pallenberg, an actress, model and longtime girlfriend of Rolling Stones founding member Keith Richards, has died. She was 73.

The Italian-German had roles in Barbarella, Performance with Stones singer Mick Jagger and Candy starring Marlon Brando and Richard Burton.

Pallenbergs friend Stella Schnabel announced news of her death on Instagram Tuesday, writing: I have never met a woman quite like you Anita. I dont think there is anybody in this universe like you.

Born in German-occupied Rome towards the end of World War II, Pallenberg met original Stones leader Brian Jones while in Munich. She later settled in London and became infamous for her relationships with various members of the English rock band.

She left Jones for Richards in 1967 after claiming the former became violent to her, and stayed with the latter until 1980, although they were never married. Richards later claimed in his autobiography, Life, that Pallenberg also had an affair with Jagger while filming Performance, however Anita denied it.

Pallenberg even had an influence on the bands music, prompting Jagger to remix some of the tracks on the 1968 album Beggars Banquet, along with singing vocals on Sympathy for the Devil.

In 1979, Pallenberg was cleared of manslaughter after 17-year-old Scott Cantrell fatally shot himself in her bed. The part-time groundskeepers death was later ruled a suicide and it is thought that the couple were playing Russian Roulette before the shooting. Other brushes with the law include arrests for heroin and marijuana possession.

The actress returned to TV in 2001 alongside longtime friend and longtime Jagger girlfriend, Marianne Faithfull, on an episode of the BBC sitcom Absolutely Fabulous in which the pair played God and the Devil.

She is survived by two children Marlon and Angela fathered by Richards. A third baby born in 1973 died in his cot at 10 weeks old.

I sort of remember this guy but I did not know that about Otto Graham:

BOSTON (AP) Gene Conley, one of the only players in history to win championships in two major professional sports, has died. He was 86.

The Boston Red Sox, for whom Conley played for from 1961-63, say he died Tuesday.

Conley helped pitch the Milwaukee Braves to a World Series championship in 1957 and won three NBA titles with the Celtics. Otto Graham won championships in the NFL and the NBL, a precursor to the NBA.

Phiri's opening solo on "I know what I know" live from the Africa Concert in Zimbabwe back in 1968. There was a boycott agains South Africa because of its Apartheid Policies, which kept many international artists from traveling to perform there. Many did what Paul Simon did by playing next door in the former Republic of Rhodesia, which itself split in two during the twilight of Apartheid.

The split created Zambia, and Zimbawe.

George A. Romero, father of the zombie film, is dead at 77

NEW YORK (AP) George Romero, whose classic "Night of the Living Dead" and other horror films turned zombie movies into social commentaries and who saw his flesh-devouring undead spawn countless imitators, remakes and homages, has died. He was 77.

Romero died Sunday following a battle with lung cancer, said his family in a statement provided by his manager Chris Roe. Romero's family said he died while listening to the score of "The Quiet Man," one of his favorite films, with his wife, Suzanne Desrocher, and daughter, Tina Romero, by this side.
