That is a rare occurance...a NS unit leading the Coast Steerlight.
99% of the time if Amtrak needed an additional unit account
one of their units went b/o on a west coast run, a BNSF or UP
unit would be available. Must have been a quick grab of whatever
was first out at some loco facilty. Think Uke planned it.
