Oh... Kinda jumped up early... Gotta re-examine the time stamp.

Canada exists on a completely obscure 'system' since the country is so vast! It's almost as expansive as Russia...with 37 provinces, 27 time zones, and at latest census figures 43 officially recognized languages!

Not ta mention Canada operates as frozen block of ice, snow, during blizzard like-weather conditions 10 months of a 'calendar' year!
