I read where the NSA made the only(?) trips to the

moon back in 1959. They found that the moon is

"occupied". That meaning its a nearby place for

other space traveling civilizations to hangout and

monitor things going on the Earth. I would say

there is an "Earthbase" camp setup there currently.

How they keep supplying new workers to the Moon on

a regular basis is not something I'm privy to.

I'm part of the 7% of the population that believe

we never went to the moon or touched foot on it.
