Same as "hi Uke". We are all in submarines and the only
way we can communicate is by "pinging"...one ping means
fuck Uke...meaning there is an interest in Uke's submarine
in the current fleet. So I would imagine if Uke was captain
of a submarine, that he would always respond back to
the "one ping" with atleast "two pings". But since this is
all happening out at sea, I'm not sure what goes on really.
