This is definetely a new problem in association with

legal pot. I remember being over at friends house

in the 1970's and some crazy friend decided to give

the dog a "full-exhale of outgoing mj smoke" in

almost a like a "mouth-to-mouth exchange". Not

something I ever wanted to do but the dog did act

high and we were laughing. Saw someone do a

billowy exhale of mj smoke right in a cats face and

the cat was doing all kinds of entertaining things.

Well thats all a long time ago.

 Fill Leroy's bowl with some hazelnut.  Eight O' Clock hazelnut, preferably.  If Leroy drinks it, you'll know he's a phag.  Not that there's anything wrong with that.
