Chuck must have had some "special abilities" in order to be seen with him. The glasses, the kinda...look. Maybe he's very similiar to that character in the movie MIB 3..Griffin. This "person" that can see all the many futures one from another happening only a minute different with totally different outcomes. Its interesting to me that a character was created to "bring forth how time works" to those that can appreciate it. All the MIB movies have touched on a lot of secrecy with a lot of humor added but these movies are necessary to add to your knowledge in a friendly/funny/easy way to "break the religious ice".
