This story just gets ta the heart of the matter... What's wrong with cable-TV, and especially Comcast. Ya wanna go down ta HQ and kill a few people, no matter who they are, 'cause they represent the worst of the worst!

The idea is to make you give in. He seemed to be more persistent than most. Here, we have tu choices, either inept Frontier or Comcast. Down in the Sunshine State, there are more choices and we've had good success with Bright House.
