The railroads say we got to have atleast "this much

leeway" and its understood and then passed down

to where the railroads can keep moving these trains

despite the upheavals. I'm sure there must be 50 new

tankcars built a day to replace the older cars so it will

be just a matter of time before all the oil-trains got

the new cars...but thats not the point to the seeming

more aware public as "new cars, old cars"...the wreck

will spill. BNSF is quick to point out that putting any speed

restriction on these oil trains below 45-50mph is just

going to gum-up the works.
