OSU CAMPUS (Ashleigh Klinger) -- Police are investigating after a Car 2 Go Smart car was flipped near OSU's campus. It was spotted just before 3 a.m. on Frambes Ave. and N. High St.
Police tell ABC 6 that five men were spotted running away from the scene.
Several Smart cars were also vandalized earlier this year near campus.
