Fargo and West Fargo could see 350 refugees move to cities by the end of September

I'm trying to figure out if this is a death sentence as these refugees

all come equatorial countries where its a 100 degrees every day

and relocate to North Dakota where its in a deep freeze all winter.

Interesting to see how this goes.
