Mary Breth, a 25-year-old substitute teacher in Anna, Ohio, was charged with contributing to the deliquency of a child for allegedly sending a partially nude photo to a student.

An Ohio substitute teacher has been accused of sending a partially nude photo to a student as part of a years-long texting relationship.

Mary Breth was suspended from her position at Anna High School for a string of flirtatious messages that started in 2013, when the boy was only 14.

The married 25-year-old will be charged with contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child, according to the Shelby County Sheriffs Office.

One photo sent in November showed the teacher in only her underwear, using an arm to cover her breasts, police told the Sidney Daily News.

Chief Deputy Jim Frye told the paper that the photo sent to the teen was bad but again did not meet the elements of a sexual crime and did not meet the technical requirements for nudity.

Breth has reportedly cooperated with investigators and confessed to the inappropriate behavior.

Contributing to the unruliness of a child is a first-degree misdemeanor in Ohio and is punishable by up to 180 days in jail

Anna is clear out in the farm country, flat fields and big grain elevators. She must be bored out of her mind with her lot in life. Yeah, and she looks at least 35 if she looks a day.

Funny you should mention that, we had a guy who wanted to get away from the RR when they were opening that plant. He went down there and applied for a job. They wanted to know if he'd ever had any sleeping difficulties. He'd served thirty days when he got caught sleeping when a couple of LAMCO-types sneaked up on an engine while it was on the move, this before they outlawed moving mounting and dismounting. He answered honestly and there went his Honda chances. He eventually took the buyout when they shortened the crews and did well for awhile starting up a car detailing business but that failed when times got hard and he hired out on the I&O, spending several years there.
