Back in the day in PA we thot that the Philly area wimped  out of snow storms.

I lived in Erie County and go home yearly for a few days in July.  Lived in Waterford, which had snow to compare to Watertown, NY or Buff.  It was mostly lake effect snow but we didn't know that word back then.
